Our products will be dispatched using First Class Royal Mail services. Products wll be dispatched withing 24 hours of the order being recieved or next working day, if the order occurs on a weekend, bank/public holiday.
Refunds will be provided if the product does not arrive and our attempts to locate the package have been exhausted. Replacements will always be offered as an alternative to a refund at no extra cost to the customer if the package is considered lost according to Royal Mail. Royal mail will not consider investigating a lost package until at least 15 days after it is due to arrive (https://www.royalmail.com/retail-compensation-policy-damage#:~:text=an%20item%20shall%20be%20deemed,is%20evidence%20to%20the%20contrary)
Refunds or replacement of an order will be considered,at no extra cost to the customer if the product arrives damaged and unfit for purpose. Customers must contact us within 2 working days of delivery, via any method from our contacts page, should they wish to clarim a refund or replacement for a damaged item. Evidence will be required for a claim of a damaged product. If we require the prodyct to be returned to us for examination it will be at the cost of the customer. it will be at our discretion to reimburse the customer should genuine damage be establsihed.
If you wish to cancel an order it needs to be requested via any contact method before a dispatch notice is sent. Once a dispatch notice is sent a cancellations is not available. A refund can however be requested within 14 days of an order as long as the item is retunred to us undamaged, unopened and/or unused.
Multiple claims of lost packages / damaged packages will trigger an investigation, in conjunction with Royal Mail. No further packages will be sent or refunds (for this reason) given until the investigation is concluded.
